Another defeat - men inte för Syds kassa
Ta tillbaka Wilkins, låt inte prestigen styra, den är bara dyr och alltid felriktad. Arsenals seger var rättvis och tyvärr, vilket säger en del om mitt "confidence" för Chelsea just nu, oddset på 3-1 gick in till 14,33 och det är ju tröst för tigerhjärta.......

While the club wrestles with these considerations and realising that two wins in nine is beyond a blip, there are some very important league games coming up. Bolton twice, Blackburn, Wolves, Villa, Fulham and Birmingham as well as Liverpool. Until recently this would have been considered a 'relatively' easy run of fixtures and a chance to pressure our nearest rivals but, and it is a big but, this is not an easy run as the present circumstances are very different.
These coming months must however contain a decent lot of results but the team can't think that way, they can only think of the next game which is of course Bolton Wanderers and most importantly, of showing the hunger and the confidence right from the start in this one. Bolton are a hugely improved outfit under Owen Coyle and again to be brutally honest, there is a feeling out there that Chelsea are a wounded animal and can be further damaged.
So I am afraid there is no dressing it up in niceties, no pretending it is just bad luck and that there aren't real problems. What I hope and expect is that the current regime will understand and attempt to rectify those problems sooner rather than later. What I know however is that the Chelsea faithful will stick by their team through this tough time. Real fans know it is a pact that has to survive through thick and thin...trust me there have been worse times, even if they haven't been witnessed for a few years.
So I asked for a few guesses regarding the scoreline in the Arsenal game and unsurprisingly not many Chelsea fans went for a 3-1 defeat for the Blues."
Jag tror trots allt att Chelsea vinner på onsdag mot Bolton, om inte så blir det "Pronto" sorti för Carlo Ancelotti!
